Her career began at Windermere Real Estate, where she earned the “Newcomer of the Year” award. In 2013, she founded Maddux Real Estate Group, which she sold to Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014. There, she became the top broker with the largest listing portfolio. In 2017, Dawn purchased the Engel & Völkers franchise for Western Montana and expanded it to 11 offices across Montana, Idaho, and Washington, with 150 advisors and staff. She became #1 in Montana real estate sales volume in 2018, selling the state’s largest residential property and brokering the highest-value sale on Flathead Lake in over a decade.
