Her career began at Windermere Real Estate, where she earned the “Newcomer of the Year” award. In 2017, Dawn purchased the Engel & Völkers franchise for Western Montana and expanded it to 11 offices across Montana, Idaho, and Washington, with 150 advisors and staff.
