With over 25 years of expertise in strategic advertising, marketing campaigns, and high-impact media placement, Dawn is redefining success in the real estate industry. Dawn began her real estate journey at Windermere Real Estate, where she received the prestigious “Newcomer of the Year” award from the Missoula Organization of Realtors. In 2013, she launched her own successful brokerage, Maddux Real Estate Group, which she later sold to Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014. At Glacier Sotheby’s, Dawn excelled as the top-producing broker with the largest listing portfolio in the company. Her drive led her to purchase the Engel & Völkers franchise for Western Montana in 2017, establishing her first office in Missoula’s downtown core. Since then, she has grown Engel & Völkers Western Frontier to include 11 offices across Montana, Idaho, and Washington, with a team of 150 real estate advisors and staff.

In 2018, Dawn achieved #1 in real estate sales volume in Montana, sold the largest residential property in the state, and brokered the highest-value sale on Flathead Lake in over a decade.
