Dawn began her real estate career at Windermere Real Estate, where she quickly made her mark, earning the 2011 Missoula Organization of Realtors “Newcomer of the Year” award. She went on to become both a Top Market Producer and Top Windermere Real Estate Producer in 2012, setting the stage for her future as a respected market leader.

In 2013, Dawn founded the Maddux Real Estate Group, building a boutique real estate brand known for professionalism and high-level marketing. After selling the company to Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014, she continued her momentum—earning multiple Top Market Producer and Top Sotheby’s Producer honors from 2013 through 2017 and becoming the brokerage’s top listing broker.

In 2017, Dawn purchased the Engel & Völkers franchise for Western Montana, expanding it into a network of 11 offices across Montana, Idaho, and Washington with more than 150 advisors and staff.
