With over 25 years of expertise in strategic advertising, marketing campaigns, and high-impact media placement, Dawn is redefining success in the real estate industry. Her extensive background, paired with passion and dedication, positioned her as a top real estate producer in Western Montana—even during the 2010 recession—and she has consistently maintained this status.

 

Dawn began her real estate journey at Windermere Real Estate, where she received the prestigious “Newcomer of the Year” award from the Missoula Organization of Realtors. In 2013, she launched her own successful brokerage, Maddux Real Estate Group, which she later sold to Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014. At Glacier Sotheby’s, Dawn excelled as the top-producing broker with the largest listing portfolio in the company. Her drive led her to purchase the Engel & Völkers franchise for Western Montana in 2017, establishing her first office in Missoula’s downtown core. Since then, she has grown Engel & Völkers Western Frontier to include 11 offices across Montana, Idaho, and Washington, with a team of 150 real estate advisors and staff.

 

In 2018, Dawn achieved #1 in real estate sales volume in Montana, sold the largest residential property in the state, and brokered the highest-value sale on Flathead Lake in over a decade. By 2019, she was recognized as Montana’s top real estate professional on Real Trends + Tom Ferry’s list of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals and has maintained her ranking annually. Newsweek named her one of America’s Top Real Estate Professionals, and she was the top-producing broker in the Montana Regional MLS in 2021. As a leader in the Missoula Organization of Realtors and a consistent top producer, she has closed over $1 billion in sales since 2019. Her membership in the exclusive Engel & Völkers Private Office grants her access to global luxury networks, while her role as a founding advisor board member of the Engel & Völkers Land & Ranch group underscores her expertise in high-value properties. Dawn’s listings have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, Architectural Digest, Financial Times, and The New York Times.
